Relationship Status: Single, Engaged, Married, In A Relationship (If so then state with whom), etc.

Physical Looks: What does your character look like?

Personal Belongings: What does your character own? This could be toys, weapons, tools, etc.

Personality: How does your character act? Why?

History: What happened to your character before present time?

Other: Anything that you want to say that doesn't fit any of those categorizes.
