Name: Carter Williams

Physical Looks: Carter Williams has short blond hair, which he combs to the left. He stands at 5'11 tall. His eyes are a shining blue. His skin is very pale at times, and his ring finger is severed, no one knows why but him and he's not telling.
b]Personal Belongings:[/b] Carter Williams has a M1 Garand passed down in his family since WW2. He also carries a bowie knife also passed down in his family. He has a gray Enclave uniform which he wears with great pride. He doesn't have anything else because ever since the war started he has been poor.
Personality: He thinks logically, doing only what has to be done without any regret whatsoever. This guy is stone cold. He enjoys drawing, more sketching plans for advanced weaponry, hoping for a chance they will be noticed by his superiors. But other than that, he pretty much just sits back and relaxes, waiting for the end to come.
History: His life before the war was not very good. He grew up in a poor family with very little food provided by the Government. The only person he could look up to was his father, for his mother had died in childbirth and because he was an only child. The day before his dad was shipped off to a military base in North Dakota, he was given a WW2 gun, the M1 Garand to remember him by, for they would never see each other again.
